Beautiful and delicate golden tipped black tea from the Kanchanjangha tea estate in Nepal. This tea brews with a rich and sweet flavor. Mountain gold is a special tea grown by an incredible family.
We recommend brewing this water just off the boil, you can do about 1.5tsp but because of the nature of the tea, it's easier to go by weight (about 2 grams) to 8oz of water. 3-5 minutes will do but we think 4 minutes is perfect.
