Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Our friends over at Barnacle in Juneau, Alaska make excellent snacks with Alaskan Ingredients and these cookies are possibly our favorite yet!

A classic soft shortbread bite that is chocolatey but not too sweet. They are made with Alaskan harvested kelp and they are a perfect addition to your cup of tea. We suggest our Mariner's Chai, which made with the same kelp.
