Winter Berry

Winter Berry is a rooibos blend with the dark berry flavor of elderberry blended with roasted dandelion root, the addition of hibiscus and calendula petals balances this blend. This is one of those let is sit for as long as you like blends. The longer it steeps the stronger it will get and those elderberries will open up.

We like to brew this tea with about 1.5 tsp per 8oz of tea just at boiling for at least 5 minutes but really just until you feel like it.
